Spring Has Arrived in Stockholm

Millesgården is open

I have returned from my vacation and I managed to time it pretty well to coincide with the arrival of Spring. And while it is a new season, sadly we still have to deal with the ongoing pandemic. However, there is some good news to report! Museums are slowly reopening for visitors. Below you will find a list of the major museums and current information on their status. I will update it as more information comes in. Do make sure, if you are planning on visiting one of the open museums, that you double check their websites (linked here) to check for any last minute changes, their particular Covid-19 rules and what their actual opening hours are. Some museums are now requiring visitors to prebook their tickets online as well.
Wonderful Skansen is finally reopening!

Historiska, the Swedish history museum, is reopening soon!

There are many more smaller museums in Stockholm... these, I would say, are the most popular. But if you are going to stay at the Hotel Rival and are interested in some other, more specific museums like, say the Police Museum, contact me directly for assistance.

And spring means that soon the cherry blossoms in Kungsträdgården
will bloom. Stay tuned...
